With over a decade of experience in mental health, Dr. Jackson has supported countless women in moving beyond generational trauma and societal pressure into a place of rest, wholeness, and power.
She is the author of the transformative guide, Healing the Black Woman: Purposeful Self Work, which serves as the foundation for this 6-week journey. Her approach blends clinical insight, cultural awareness, and soulful connection—making healing not just a goal, but a lived experience.
